Secretariat Affairs

The Domestic and International Secretariat Affairs Department serves as one of the fundamental pillars in the organizational and executive structure of conferences and conventions, playing a pivotal role in the coordination, communication, and overall administrative integration of all processes. This division, operating with a systematic and professional approach, is responsible for managing registration, official correspondence, communication with invitees and participants, and overseeing the precise implementation of executive and content-related activities.

At the domestic level, the secretariat ensures effective coordination among the executive, scientific, protocol, and media committees, directing the flow of information and organizational interactions in a structured manner to guarantee the timely and accurate execution of all event stages. At the international level, it functions as the main liaison between the organizers and foreign entities, embassies, international organizations, and foreign participants. Adhering to the principles of formal international correspondence, it manages official invitations, coordinates entry protocols for international guests, provides linguistic and simultaneous interpretation support, and facilitates their effective participation. With a commitment to administrative precision, communication coherence, and adherence to global standards, the Domestic and International Secretariat ensures the seamless, organized, and highly professional execution of every event.

XVI SUMMIT OF THE NON-ALIGNED MOVEMENT

The Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Non-Aligned Movement commenced on Thursday morning, August 30, 2012, with the participation of 24 presidents, 8 prime ministers, 3 kings, 9 vice presidents, 80 ministers (including 60 foreign ministers), 2 parliament speakers, and 9 special envoys. Representatives from the United Nations, various unions, and other international organizations were also in attendance.

The Sixth International Conference in Support of the Palestinian Intifada was held on February 21–22, 2017, in Tehran under the slogan "All Together in Support of Palestine." The conference commenced at the Summit Hall with the participation of delegations from 80 countries around the world. The conference was chaired by Ali Larijani, Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran.

The Fifth International Conference in Support of the Palestinian Intifada was held on October 1–2, 2011, in Tehran under the slogan "Palestine: The Homeland of the Palestinians." The conference brought together representatives of parliaments, resistance leaders, scholars, and political figures from over 80 countries to discuss comprehensive support for the Palestinian people and issues such as the liberation of Jerusalem, the return of refugees, and the exercise of the right to self-determination.
